Arsenal linked with Mexes/Bendtner deal

It’s always nice to see a new name pop up in connection with Arsenal, shows that the people out there who make this stuff up aren’t just resting on their laurels and taking us for total mugs. I said total.
So this story? Its came to my attention on the French website Foot01.  They report that the defender is no longer part of Allegri’s plans at Milan, quoting a report which ran in the Italian Sport Mediaset (here we have the press reporting the press).
The Italian website says that Wenger, who has been a longtime admirer of Mexes could be interested on taking him to the Emirates and letting Bendtner go in the other direction. It is no secret that Bendtner wants away and Milan have been reported to have been interested him previously.
