Arsenal Looking At MORE Strikers ?

After already bringing in the striking duo of Lukas Podolski and Olivier Giroud, Arsenal are reportedly looking at Belgian frontman Kevin Mirallas, as the Robin van Persie saga has no end in sight.

Van Persie was the subject of a three horse race between Manchester United, Manchester City and Juventus. Juventus have ruled themselves out by claiming that they could not afford to meet Arsenal’s demands. City’s manager Roberto Mancini too recently said, “Van Persie? No, I don’t think he will come here,” hence ending the Citizens’ interest in the 29-year old. This has given the Red Devils a clear pathway to sign van Persie, and United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is trying his utmost to strike a deal as the earliest.
