Arsenal News: Jack Wilshere and Emmanuel Frimpong back in training

It was the news all Arsenal fans wanted to hear. Jack Wilshere is back in full team training after more than 1 year out with numerous injuries. After all the setbacks that the lad had gone through in the past 14 months, it is good to finally have him on the cusp of a first team appearance. The last time he appear in an Arsenal shirt was in the Emirates Cup back in 2011.
“We are so pleased that Jack is back in full training. It’s been 14 months and that’s a long time for someone at his age” Arsene Wenger said. It’s an eternity, but it’s great news.
“We have to give him a few training sessions to see how he copes and responds to it. That’s the delicate, sensitive stage – to choose when to bring him in and out. We’ll have to handle that day-by-day
