The 19 year-old Montenegrin defender Stefan Savic is to sign a pre-contract with Arsenal this week, but won’t be joining up with the club until the end of the season.
Savic currently plays for BSK Borca in Montenegro and states that he refused an offer from Tottenham to play for Arsene Wenger.
