I've always said Carlos Tevez is exactly the sort of player Arsenal need. His energy, fighting spirit and sheer willingness to score goals are the ingredients we've lacked all season and maybe to some degree last season too. I think it's fair to say Arsenal won't be paying the £30m asking price for Tevez. However with Wenger being a huge admirer of the argentine, and Tevez's representative Kia Joorabchian being a gooner, an interesting deal could yet be on the cards. Kia has TWICE offered Tevez to the gunners, once before he joined West Ham, when Wenger wasn't interested due to the dubious factors of the deal. A smart move that turned out to be. He again tried to put Tevez in an Arsenal shirt the summer he eventually joined Manchester United, Wenger said he was interested until he heard Man Utd were on the case. Joorabchian has his own box at the Emirates so he's not a small time Arsenal fan, he's big time. Could it be third time lucky? Could he offload Tevez to Arsenal in a cut price deal? Unlikely as it may seem, I'm not ruling it out just yet.
