Never thought I'd say it - Wenger's losing it

Once again Arsenal have failed to take advantage of a good opportunity to take three valuable points. Once again Arsenal have failed to show any, ANY real purpose, desire and willingness to SCORE within 85 mins. It's only after 85 mins we start to actually show like we give a sh..I'm sick of saying it over and over again, but I and every gooner has to accept the fact that this current side have a certain laziness, relaxed, picnic style of football that can only prove effective against the likes of an ageing AC Milan side. The only game where we have actually ran at defences and looked like wanting to win was against united. A great performance. Sorry - Chelsea away wasn't a great performance either. We got lucky - fact. These players are too content with playing the ball across the pitch far too often, squaring, squaring and squaring again - going from right to left, left to right - WITHOUT GOING FORWARD! ITS BECOME INCREDIBLY COMICAL. We have no directness in our play, no urgency, the majority if players are way too lazy, way too relaxed. Song has had some stick but as far as I'm concerned he did his job today in supreme fashion, held his position and won many battles. He had a great game with the exception of a misplaced pass in the first half, which quite frankly Denilson was at fault for not reading. We don't fly at teams anymore...I watched United in midweek, and the way they played reminded me of the Pires, Henry and Bergkamp days big time, it was so direct, yet so pleasing on the eye. We are none of those anymore. It's got to come down to mentality, and the person who is responsible for the mindset of the players is Arsene Wenger. I don't want Wenger to leave. I don't believe it's time for him to go - I just think it's time he stops fooling himself into thinking his side is better than they really are. He can't keep saying his side is so together, he's beginning to look ridiculous - his side can't be more NOT together, on the pitch anyway. A couple of players coming in January wont even make a difference - IF any even arrive. Judging by Wengers comments today it doesn't sound so promising. We need grit, spirit, determination and a willingness to win at all costs, and to be honest - we need a ruthless finisher. Eduardo coming back is great news but he'll need a lot of time to get back to his best. Michael Owen wouldn't be a bad investment at a cut price deal - I know i'll get slated for that because of his injuries but he's kept fit the majority of this season and his scoring to games played ratio is phenomenal We need to get rid of the trash. I don't see a future for Diaby at Arsenal he plays like he's playing with shades on, on a beach in the summer with a bacon sarni in one hand and a cocktail in the other. Eboue seems like he's told Wenger he's off, Gallas the same, some question marks over Bendtner too. January will be a big month even if I don't believe it'll change the player's desire to win games for the Arsenal. There has to be improvement. Salomon Kalou would've been an awesome signing in the summer I feel the lad is a real grafter and does whatever it takes to score. Very dangerous. So that's a defender, a striker, a couple of midfielders who drive forward at pace whether that be out wide or centrally. This is why I said Walcott was a big loss. He had that, he had the will and desire to penetrate past defences and bring a real injection of energy into the game. No electricity any more, that's for sure. Even the likes of Ramsey and Wilshere have already shown more desire than the likes of Diaby and many other members of the squad. We just dont look a threat, or look dangerous any more. The scary thing is it's not new, it's been festering like this for a long, long while, and it's only getting worse. I fear for Arsenal - big time. The only person who has that capability now is Gael Clichy, and one player simply isn't enough. One thing I will say to Arsene is, this isn't pretty football, this is barely football, it's bordering tiddlywinks and marble madness - passing the ball around without threatening the opposition goal AT ALL is a load of bollocks - please sort it out. (He Wont Listen - Ever)
