Arsenal playmaker expected to force January exit if game time remains limited

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere is considering leaving the Gunners in the January transfer window to strengthen his chances of being named in the final 23 man squad for the 2018 World Cup, according to the Times.
In a press conference today, Gunners manager Arsene Wenger has backed the 25 year old’s chances of making it on the plane to Russia. The chances of it happening though are unlikely if Wilshere doesn’t get more game time.
The midfielder has yet to feature in a Premier League game this season, and has not been offered a new contract to stay at the Emirates. All of his starts have come in cup competitions so far. He started...
