Arsenal submit official bid for M'Baye Niang

Caen president Jean-Francois Fortin has confirmed that Arsenal have submitted a bid for their 17-year old sensation M'Baye Niang.
The teenager is considered one of France's biggest young talents, and despite his early years, made 23 appearances for Caen in Ligue 1 last season. However, with the side getting relegated at the end of the season, the France Under-21 international has been keen on moving to another club, and already had a trial spell at the Emirates earlier in the summer.
