Arsenal are set to face stiff competition to sign highly rated Montpellier defender Mapou-Yanga Mbiwa from Italian side Napoli according to latest reports.
After having given up on Vertonghen, Arsene Wenger has been looking to add the French defender to his squad but it looks like unless the Arsenal boss shows some urgency he could once again lose the race. French radio station RMC Sports claim Napoli have contacted the French champions already and talks are on between the two clubs.
