Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been working behind the scenes to get a deal for Rennes’ midfielder Yann M’Vila secured, in an attempt to fend off any interest from rivals Manchester United.
Wenger has been keen to add to his squad, after seeing another season pass by without a trophy, and his team just about securing UEFA Champions League qualification for next season.
