Today’s early kick-off against Chelsea will tell us a lot about this current Arsenal team. We have already done a pretty good job this season against the big teams (if you can still call Liverpool a big team) – 4 points from away trips to Anfield and Eastlands is pretty good going. Despite their poor start to the season, playing Liverpool away is never easy. And we all know about City’s amazing home record in recent seasons. 3 points at home against Chelsea would be the icing on the cake after what on paper looked to be quite a tough start to the Premier League season.
Both Arsenal and Chelsea have had a good defensive start to the season. Both teams have only conceded 2 goals in the opening 5 league games and we are 2 of only 4 teams who are currently unbeaten. The others are City and, rather surprisingly, Sunderland.
