New French league champions Montepellier’s young midfield sensation Younes Belhanda has revealed his desire to stay in Ligue 1 amidst strong interest from English duo Arsenal and Manchester City.
Montepellier’s surge to the top has largely been down to a few key figures. Next to star striker Olivier Giroud, 22-year old Belhanda has shone for midfield for the French outfit, and has garnered positive feedback for his performances.
Along with rave reviews, Belhanda has also attracted strong interest from a host of top European clubs, most notably Arsenal and Manchester City.
