AS report Sahin loan deal agreed

According to Spanish paper AS, the deal to send Nuri Sahin on loan to the Premier League has already been agreed with an English side but they have not said who it was.
Earlier today Marca claimed that Arsenal had agreed terms with Real Madrid to bring the Turkish midfielder to the Emirates for the upcoming season however they edited their article to say that Arsenal were merely one of the clubs who were interested in a loan deal for the player.
Turkish-Football.com have been reporting for some time that Arsenal were interested in signing the player in some capacity and reference quotes that Wenger made about the player as far back as 2005, saying:
Sahin is one of the greatest u-18 talents in world football.
