Can RVP break another record this weekend?

Robin Van Persie’s incredible 30-goal haul has made him only the seventh Gunner to reach the impressive milestone, and only the third Arsenal man in the post war era (Thierry Henry in 2003/04 and Ronnie Rooke in 1947/48).
But there’s one more record that the Gunners captain and talisman has an opportunity to break, and that’s the all time Premier league goal scoring record for a 38-game season which is currently 31 goals jointly held by Alan Shearer and Christiano Ronaldo.
So if the flying Dutchman can net a brace against the Baggies in Sunday’s final game of the season he can become the new Premier league top goalscorer to put the cherry on top of an amazing season IF the Gunners can overcome West Brom, otherwise his efforts may just be in vain.
