Chamakh Due To Stay At Arsenal?

Bordeaux president Jean-Louis Triaud has told that former striker Marouane Chamakh will not be returning to the club again.

The 28-year-old joined Arsenal from the Ligue 1 team two years ago, but has failed to find his footing at the Emirates Stadium. His goal scoring form for Bordeaux, which made him one of the most feared strikers in the country is now a distant memory and he has found himself warming the substitute’s bench throughout majority of last season.
To add to that, Arsenal have signed to top quality forwards in Germany’s Lukas Podolski and Frenchman, Olivier Giroud. This pushes the Moroccan further back in the pecking order for the Gunners.
