Does Arsenal need further reinforcements before the season starts?

The new season is two days away and this year, unlike the others, Arsenal has successfully completed most of its transfer business way before the window closes. I think last year was a real lesson for Arsene Wenger and he has wisely chosen to set the internal deadline for transfer this year, this being the start of the season. So I am guessing the Robin Van Persie will be the last piece of business we will be doing on the sales side. Of course this does not include the players that have been identified as surplus to the squad like Bendtner, Park and possibly Arshavin. I think we can safely say that Song will not be sold this year.



The squad in itself looks pretty decent for a good run this year even without further acquisitions. I will do a more in-depth review of the squad tomorrow but as it stands, we have pretty good cover in all departmen...
