Galatasaray confirm interest in Arsenal defender

Turkish side Galatasaray have confirmed that they are interested in signing Arsenal’s Brazilian fullback Andre Santos after a statement by their chief executive left no doubt.
Luffi Aribogan said
Andre Santos is one of the names on our list. We currently have no contact with his club and the player himself.
A few days ago, after rumours started to surface that Fenerbache were interested in re-signing Santos, Santos tweeted to say
I would like to state clearly that I have a lot of respect for Fenerbache, and I love Istanbul but for now I am a Gunner. For now, I have not received an offer from a Turkish team. However, if I receive an offer one day, thinking what is best for my family, I will make a decision.
Santos signed for Arsenal in 2011 but has been used mostly as a back-up as Kieran Gibbs puts his injury woes behind him.
