Giroud: It’s not easy to arrive in a new country

It seems as if it is Olivier Giroud today but that was, perhaps, to be expected, as he returned to France after scoring his first league goal and answering some of the ridiculous questions which had been posed in the UK media during his short time in England.
Speaking to France Football, Giroud said
You have to adapt. We must learn the habits and customs of the country in which you arrive. The group would remain between compatriots and I already see it here. I am not progressing [with English] as fast as I should, even though I speak English with foreign players. We tend to remain [speaking] in French when you’re at the table, in the dressing room. It’s normal, it’s human, but I try to talk with others in English including the media.
