How would Podolski fit in at the Emirates?

Taken from Caught OffsideDespite not being confirmed by either club – it is widely expected that German international Lukas Podolski will sign for Arsenal in the summer. Koln seem to have accepted that they will lose their man, and Arsenal seems to be the preferred destination. The move offers Lukas other chance in the Champions League, after not really setting the world alight whilst at Bayern Munich. By all, but confirming the signing before the Euro’s mean that Podolski will not jeopardise his place in the squad (which he could have by moving in January). If the deal is done before the Euro’s , it means that if Lukas does go on to have a good campaign – his price will not sky rocket as it could have (just look at Ozil).But surely – Arsenal have Robin ‘scores when he wants’ Van Pers...
