In the latest turn of events, Liverpool, who looked out of the race to sign Real Madrid midfielder Nuri Sahin, are back in the race and look set to beat Arsenal for his signature.

The Turkish midfielder’s departure on a season long deal was expected, however his destination was undecided as Arsenal, Liverpool along with Tottenham Hotspurs all were interested in Sahin.
