Is Santi Cazorla the difference between mediocrity and glory?

We are three games in, the transfer window is shut and we are starting to get an idea of Arsene’s vision for Arsenal 2012-13. I think he’s on the money this year. Without too much sentiment or supposition, I believe Santi Cazorla is the best Arsenal player to pull on the shirt since Bergkamp. He literally can do whatever he wants on the pitch.
