Italian press are now reporting that Juventus have reached an agreement with Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner but have yet to come to an agreement with Arsenal, presumably over the fee, for the Premier League player who still has two years left on his current Arsenal contract.
Bendtner, given permission to seek a move away from the Emirates, had been linked with AC Milan earlier in the summer and reports earlier today said that Juventus and Fiorentina were in a ‘tug of war’ over the Danish player however it seems, if reports coming out of Italy are to be believed, that Juventus have won (is that the right word?)
There’s no mention of what fee Arsenal are seeking for the player who arrived at Arsenal in 2004 at the age of 16.
Bendtner has made it clear that he wants to leave Arsenal and the club haven’t seemed that bothered about it at all...
