Lewis Holtby Interested In Arsenal Move

Schalke’s 21-year-old midfielder Lewis Holtby has stated that a move to Arsenal would be ‘massive’ while also saying that his dream is to move to the Premier League one day. The German born player missed out on Germany’s Euro 2012 squad due to injury, although he could interestingly have chosen to play for England instead owing to the fact that he has an English dad who supports Everton. The Everton gene passed on from father to son and it’s clear that Lewis’ love of Everton is what has attracted him to the Premier League.
It does seem he would be willing to play for any team in the Premier League, although seemingly Arsenal and Everton present the most interesting options.
