Midfielder flattered by Arsenal interest

This is a bit of a ‘nothing’ story I think but as it’s been a quiet day and it is technically gossip I thought I’d bring it to you any way.
According to reports which surfaced today, Omar El Kaddouri, who is in London on Olympic duty with Morocco has commented on stories (which I didn’t look for) that he has been linked with Arsenal saying:
“I do not know if they are interested in me but it is flattering. I am settled in Italy to be honest but Premier League football is appealing to any player.”
El Kaddouri, who currently plays for Brescia, will no doubt be subject to a whole host of articles claiming that he wants to move to the Premier League now seeing as he expressed an admiration for the league.
This story has no legs whatsoever but don’t expect that to stop it from running.
