As Real Madrid’s Nuri Sahin edges closer to a move to English giants Arsenal on a season-long loan deal, the young Turkish has been given his manager Jose Mourinho’s blessings, who is happy to see the midfielder go and gain some much valuable playing time.
After joining the Galacticos last season from German champions Borussia Dortmund, Sahin has been starved of game time as he played a minimal role in Madrid’s march to the league title. With the playmaker’s place destined to be on the bench for the coming season again, it was the wisest choice to loan him out to a top European club where he can get some valuable game time.
