The Man
It was Friday the 7th of december when I received an offer from a good friend of mine to go to the Emirates and watch The Arsenal play in, what had fast become, a very important game against West Bromwich Albion. This, however, was not an ordinary spare ticket, this was an invitation to enjoy the game from the director’s box. This was an opportunity to meet and share lunch with a man who is widely criticised by many Arsenal fans, a man who I have always wanted to meet and talk to face-to-face. The man I am referring to is, of course, Ivan Gazidis.
