[NEW POLL] Bould vs Banfield

There is plenty of speculation as to who is to replace Pat Rice at the end of this season. With Tony Adams seemingly ruled out it seems the race for promotion will be between Youth Academy coach Steve Bould and Reserve team coach Neil Banfield.
Both have plenty of experience and would be ready to take  the available position, but who do you think would be better suited to the job?
