Nicklas Bendtner to sign for Schalke?

There are strong news reports this morning linking Nicklas Bendtner with a move to German outfit-Shalke.

Schalke are thought to be keen on Bendtner after a solid display in the European Championships, picking up 2 well taken goals.
The Arsenal centre forward has been out of favour recently spending last season on loan to Sunderland, failing to make an impact on the pitch.
It is thought that Arsenal would let the striker move for around £2.5 million.
