No way Luka Modric is worth £40 million…

It pains me to say this but maybe Arsenal can learn something about how Tottenham conduct their transfer negotiations. If they were to be successful in getting £40 million for Luka Modric, then it certainly will be the scam of the century. I admit that the Croatian is a quality player but £40 million, seriously?
