Shades of Thierry Henry in Theo Walcott

Just a couple of days after saying that he wants to stay on at Arsenal and emulate his boyhood hero Thierry Henry, Theo Walcott scored a wonderful goal yesterday that brought back memories of the days when the marsupial French legend reign supreme.
Intercepting a pass in the middle of the field, Walcott just blew pass the defender on the left before turning in on goal. The finish was also typical Henry, as he opened his body up and slide the ball into the far corner, away from the outstretched hands of the goalkeeper. It was Walcott’s second goal of the match and Arsenal’s six of the night. The opposition’s defence could abducted should have done better but let’s not take away the wonderful run, lighting .burst of speed and the emphatic finish. I was a goal worthy to capped a truly.memorable night for the Gunners.
