SHOCKING: Arsenal Wants Nigel De Jong

Arsenal are reported to have set their sights now on Manchester City's midfielder, De Jong after their efforts to sign Yann Mvilla from Rennes is not yielding any positive results.

Caught Offside reports that Roberto Mancini would look to get rid of some players as they look to comply with UEFA’s FFP (Financial Fair Play) guidelines. Arsene Wenger is looking to bring in an out and out defensive midfielder having seen Alex Song become more of a rounded player over the past year.




With a reported interest from Barcelona for Alex Song, Arsene Wenger might be trying to get a replacement if Song refuses to extend his contract with the club. This would prevent another transfer saga.
