Squandered Chance Hotel

Sighs of relief are being released all over the Gooner supporting land this evening – a fair few people may have lost all their hair, testicles and bowels in the process. Today was a massive, humongous (such an American word), huge, really big, gigantic let off. It is still tighter than tight, but at least we’re not looking at the backsides of some lanky legged birds this evening. After yesterdays 3-3 draw, I think a lot of people (myself included) feared the worst today. It’s extremely sad that we’re looking to other teams for a result, but that’s what today entailed.
