London duo Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspurs have both lost the race to sign Udinese’s highly rated goalkeeper Samir Handanovic after he has opted to stay in Italy and move to Serie A giants Inter Milan instead.

The 27-year old has caught the eye of several top clubs due to his impressive form in goal for Udinese in recent times. Along with Arsenal and Tottenham, the likes of Liverpool too thought to be vaguely interested in the Slovenian international.
He has been nicknamed as a penalty specialist, as saving spot kicks have been his forte – something which he has showcased over the last couple of seasons.
