Van Persie Asks Wenger For Titles, Not Money!

Arsenal showed their monetary assets to Robin Van Persie in an attempt to keep him from moving away from the club, but the striker is much more interested in winning titles than in the money



Arsenal striker Robin Van Persie has floated his desire to leave the club with better aspirations in mind.  The Gunners in turn have provided him with a new deal of £130k-a-week plus a £5m-a-year signing on fee, which would make him the highest paid player in their history.
The Dutchmanhas assured Arsenal that no amount of money can retain him unless they can convince him that they can win some silverware.
