Walcott Breaks Liverpool Hoodoo To Earn Gunners A Draw

I always knew our clash with Liverpool would be a tough one regardless of form or league position of the Reds. Liverpool might be a spent force owing to their failure to make Champions League in recent seasons but they still have a knack of raising their game when facing big sides (teams in the top 4).
They have already drawn Chelsea and Manchester City this season and also narrowly lost to Manchester United over both legs. Despite Arsenal drawing first blood at Anfield earlier in the season, I didn’t rule out the stern challenge the Rodgers’ boys posed to Wenger’s men. The fact that Liverpool have an outside chance of making the Top 4 this season was an added motivation for them.
The score line was looking like a reminiscent of the one Arsenal posted at Anfield earlier in the season when Liverpool raised to a 2-goal lead courtesy of Suarez’s deflected strike...
