The Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger, said that he is nowhere near to add a new name to his squad amidst rumours linking him with a move for Real Madrid’s Sahin.
A few eyebrows were raised when rumours started to take rounds that Arsenal have reached an agreement to sign the Turkish midfielder on a one year loan deal from Real Madrid. However, Wenger said that he is not close to signing any new player.
Sahin joined Real Madrid from Borussia Dortmund last season but has endured a forgetful 12 months at the Bernebeu, with injuries reducing him to just 2 league starts last season for Los Blancos.
