Andrey Arshavin, despite growing increasingly frustrated with his play and role in the Gunners’ squad, is not planning to leave the club this winter
The 30-year old Russian international has been targeted by ‘the Man City of Russia’, Anzhi Makhachkala, who want to sign the player before the transfer window in Russia is closed on February 24.
It seems likely that Andrey Arshavin has opted to stay in Arsenal until the summer when Zenit St Petersburg, his former team, will be ready to bring him home.
